The science design with technology
Design & Manufacturing
In our lab, we are focus on TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATED, and attempt to test prototypes and creations in a real environment which to make sure the concept growing to productions are deserved. Our “d+t” lab operates from our Tokyo office as a lean design and technology developing company.
We average 6 projects per year, dedicating 3 month per project, servicing clients in Asia & Europe. We offer two styles of working: discover and inventing new stuff, and follow the step to develop market-ready products for manufacture. If required, we also offer retained Manufacturing Support in an additional phase of work.
当社の「d + t」ラボは、東京オフィスから、リーンデザインとテクノロジー開発会社として運営しており、プロトタイプや創造物を実際の環境でテストし、コンセプトを実現可能な製品に育てることに注力しています。当社は、アジアとヨーロッパのクライアントにサービスを提供し、新しいものを発見したり発明したりする作業と、市場に出すための製品を開発する作業の2つのスタイルを提供しています。必要に応じて、追加のフェーズで製造サポートを提供することもあります。
Production development
This is the first stage of the process for any company developing a new product, device, or solution. During this stage, the new product specification is defined to include functional and performance requirements broken down into critical and aspiration requirements. Initial concept options are generated, and rough sketches or CAD models are created to form a story board to convey the concepts fit form and function.
これは、新しい製品、デバイス、またはソリューションを開発する企業にとってのプロセスの最初の段階です。 この段階で、新製品の仕様は、重要な要件と願望の要件に分類された機能要件とパフォーマンス要件を含むように定義されます。 最初のコンセプトオプションが生成され、ラフスケッチまたはCADモデルが作成されてストーリーボードが形成され、コンセプトのフィットフォームと機能が伝えられます。
DFM development
Creating a suitable device that is functional is important at this stage. Throughout this phase our members apply Design for Manufacture (DFM) techniques, offer suggestions and support for design changes, which when implemented at the design phase can meet your target manufacturing costs. By implementing DFM at the design stage of a project it will in turn accelerate your time to market.
この段階で機能的な適切なデバイスを作成することが重要です。このフェーズでは、当社のメンバーが製造設計（DFM）技術を適用し、設計変更の提案とサポートを提供して、設計段階で実装すると製造コストの目標を達成できるようにします。プロジェクトの設計段階でDFMを実装することにより、市場投入までの時間を短縮することができます。
